Fanless Embedded PC with Tripple LAN functionality.

The FLEX series from ICP Germany is a modular industrial PC series in which an embedded system and an optional display can be combined as required.

With the new embedded PC FLEX-BX100 the embedded PC selection is extended by a passively cooled variant. The FLEX-BX100 supports the 8th generation of Intel® CoreTM processors. A high-performance variant with the Intel® CoreTM i5-8365UE, a quad-core processor with a maximum clock frequency of 4.1 GHz, and a less expensive variant with the Intel® Celeron® 4305UE, a dual-core processor with a clock frequency of 2.0 GHz, are available. The two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets support up to 32GB of RAM with a clock rate of up to 2400MHz, whereby 4GB of memory is already installed as standard.

Flat Mini ITX motherboard for Comet Lake processors.

Behind the term PH11CMI hides a new motherboard from ICP Germany in the Thin Mini-ITX form factor, which supports the 10th generation of Intel® CoreTM processors. The mainboard in the classic size of 170 x 170 mm only has a height of 20 mm. The PH11CMI is equipped with the Intel® H410 chipset and features an LGA 1200 socket. All Intel® CoreTM I processors of the 10th generation with 10 cores and 35 Watt thermal design power as well as processors with 8 cores and 65 Watt thermal design power can be used on the PH11CMI. Two DDR4 SO-DIMM sockets allow the use of up to 64GB non-ECC memory with a maximum clock frequency of up to 2933 MHz. The integrated Intel® HD graphics unit offers dual display support at a maximum resolution of 4K. On the PH11CMI, an HDMI port with a resolution of up to 4096x2160 pixels, a display port with a maximum of 4096x2304 pixels and an LVDS port with a full HD 1920x1200 pixel resolution are available for connecting displays. Optionally, the LVDS port can be replaced by an eDP port with 4096x2304 pixel resolution.

DDR4 DRAM modules of the CIR series for industrial computers

Especially for mainboards used in industrial PCs, ICP Germany offers DDR4 DIMM modules, which are designed for tougher applications and can meet higher requirements than standard RAM.

All modules are developed and manufactured according to JEDEC standard. Original DRAM chips in industrial quality are used. To meet higher requirements, all RAM modules are subordinated to the principle of a fixed production bill of materials (Fixed-BOM) and use only components that are available on a long-term basis.

The 288 PIN standard DIMM and the 260 PIN standard SO-DIMM RAM bars offer modules with memory organization of 512Mx8, 1Gx8, and 2Gx8, tuned clock rates from 2400 Mhz up to 3200MHz and memory sizes from 4GB up to 32GB. The standard series is designed for 0 to +85 °C. The Wide-Temp DIMM series, which is also available, additionally offers a negative operating temperature range of -40 °C.

The IDS-310AI embedded PC from ICP Germany is an ultra-compact digital signage system that has been optimized for use in low-power AI applications.

On the hardware side, the IDS-310AI is equipped with two Intel® Movidius™ Myriad™ X MA2485 VPUs, which provide excellent inference performance per watt, 16 SHAVES cores for AI calculations and native FP16 support. Video surveillance made easy.

ICP Deutschland offers with the SurveiPC a new series of Ready-to-Use systems, which are predestined for use in the field of video surveillance. The basis of SurveiPC is the modular embedded system MX1-10FEP-D, which is approved for the use of the milestone video management software XProtect® in addition to the "NGC Ready" classification.

The systems are equipped either with powerful XEON® or with Core ITM processors from Intel®. 32GB DDR4 RAM with a clock speed of 2666MHz and a 256GB industrial 3D-NAND TLC SSD are standard in the SurveiPCs. Furthermore the basic system offers remote power ON/OFF and remote reset, one Intel i219-LM and one i210-IT GbE LAN port, four USB 3.1, two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, PS/2, two RS-232/422/485 interfaces and two SIM card holders. With the new ME1-8MD series, ICP Germany is launching three affordable embedded system variants.

The entry-level ME1-8MD-1G8G is equipped with an NXP® i.MX8M Dual Cortex-A53 with 1.3GHz clock frequency, 1Gb LPDDR4 onboard RAM and 8Gb eMMC memory. The standard ME1-8MD-2G16G model has the same i.MX8M SoC, two Gb LPDDR4 onboard RAM and 16Gb eMMC memory.
